Through Product Knowledge Training in Central Java, held from April 6–8, 2026, the team was equipped with an in-depth understanding of superior products such as REXSTAR® 69/20 SC, CHLORDIN® 100/200 SC, STARDON® 60 WP, and UNICAL® 200/125 SC, not only in theory but also through hands-on practice in the field.

This approach ensures that each Field Assistant fully understands the benefits, how they work, and the actual results of each product introduced. Through demonstration plot sessions, the team can directly observe product performance, increasing confidence in providing appropriate recommendations to farmers.
