Ready in the Field: Strengthening MKD Field Assistants in Lampung

Through the 2026 Field Assistant Meeting & Training held in the Lampung region, MKD remains committed to equipping its team with an understanding that focuses not only on products but also on how solutions can be appropriately applied in every field situation. This activity provides a platform for unifying perspectives, deepening insights, and ensuring each Field Assistant is optimally prepared to carry out their role.

Throughout the series of activities, participants received training on products such as CHLORDIN® 200/200 SC, OXADAN 3 GR, and STARDON® 60 WP, directly linked to case studies and real-world conditions in their respective work areas. The discussions not only addressed product functions but also emphasized the accuracy of application strategies, the ability to analyze crop conditions, and how to provide relevant solutions for farmers.

Through interactions, field practices, and the exchange of experiences between regions, this activity is expected to further strengthen the role of Field Assistants as the frontline of MKD. With a more mature understanding and a more adaptive approach, MKD will continue to provide the best solutions as a True Partner to Farmers.
