Strengthening Field Team Synergy through Field Assistant Meetings and Training in West Sumatra and Riau

The journey continued to West Sumatra and Riau, bringing with it an even stronger spirit to strengthen the team's readiness in the field.

The Field Assistant Meeting and Training was a vibrant event. The participants' enthusiasm was palpable from the first day, with lively discussions, flowing questions, and each session filled with curiosity. Many participants actively shared their firsthand experiences in the field, from challenges they faced to proven effective solutions.

The introduction of CHLORDIN®  100/200 SC, OXADAN 3 GR, STARDON®  60 WP, and UNICAL®  200/125 SC products was met with great interest. During the field practice, participants became increasingly engaged, testing, observing, and discussing directly to ensure every detail could be effectively implemented. What made this activity even more meaningful was the strong collaboration. Success stories from various regions, new insights, and shared learning provided valuable resources that not only increased knowledge but also enriched the team's perspective.
