Strengthening Team Readiness in North Sumatra and Aceh through Field Assistant Training

Following a series of activities in the previous region, the team continued its journey to North Sumatra and Aceh as part of its commitment to continuously strengthen team readiness in various regions. On April 13–15, 2026, a Field Assistant Meeting and Training was held, providing a platform for strengthening understanding and deepening approaches in the field.

This training introduced products such as CHLORDIN 100/200 SC, OXADAN 3 GR, and STARDON 60 WP. Participants' enthusiasm was evident throughout the training, both during classroom sessions and in the hands-on field practice. Two-way interaction and the exchange of experiences were crucial in ensuring that each topic was truly understood and applied.

Through this activity, the MKD continued to emphasize its commitment to being more closely present with regional teams, building readiness that not only strengthened knowledge but also demonstrated agility in field execution. Ultimately, the ultimate strength lies in a team that is ready to assist farmers with appropriate and reliable solutions.
